30-Day Quality Guarantee

All PurePressure products are covered by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee from the date of delivery.

If your product arrives defective or develops a quality-related fault within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to the terms outlined below.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered for issues directly related to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty workmanship
  • Defective materials
  • Product failure under normal intended use
  • Quality issues that materially affect the product's performance

Examples include:

  • Cracks or damage not caused by installation or misuse
  • Faulty seals resulting in leakage
  • Defective spray mode mechanism
  • Filter housing defects
  • Product components failing during normal use

Situations Not Covered

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Change of preference
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Finding a cheaper alternative elsewhere

Normal Filter Usage

Filter cartridges are consumable products and naturally change colour as they capture impurities.

Discolouration, sediment buildup, or reduced filter lifespan caused by local water conditions are not considered defects.

Incorrect Installation

Damage caused by:

  • Improper installation
  • Cross-threading
  • Excessive force during installation
  • Use of incompatible fittings
  • Failure to follow provided instructions

is not covered.

Misuse or Negligence

This includes:

  • Physical damage
  • Dropping the product
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Commercial or industrial use outside intended household use

Water Quality Expectations

While PurePressure products are designed to help reduce common impurities and improve the shower experience, we do not guarantee specific water quality outcomes, skin improvements, hair improvements, or medical benefits.

Individual results may vary depending on local water conditions.


How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a quality-related claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Full name used for purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the defect
  • Any additional information requested by our support team

Assessment Process

Once your claim is received:

  1. Our team will review the information provided.
  2. Additional photos or videos may be requested.
  3. We may provide troubleshooting steps to verify the issue.
  4. A determination will be made regarding eligibility.

PurePressure reserves the right to reject claims where evidence indicates misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or issues unrelated to product quality.


Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product
  • Replace the defective component
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method

Refunds will be processed once the claim has been approved and, where required, the defective product has been returned.


Return Requirements

In certain cases, we may require the product to be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.

Returned products must include:

  • The original product
  • All included components where reasonably possible

Return instructions will be provided by our support team.


Shipping Costs

If a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue is confirmed, PurePressure will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

If the claim is found not to be related to product quality, any return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that may be available to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
